1. Event Objectives

1.1. General Objective
To promote a high-level dialogue among subnational governments, the private sector, and financial institutions on the opportunities and challenges of positioning Brazil’s Northeast as a global hub for powershoring and a just energy transition, and to present the Fórum Interinstitucional de Powershoring as a collaborative governance platform to coordinate sustainable industrial development, attract investment, and align regional strategies with international cooperation and green trade agendas.

1.2. Specific Objectives

  • Present experiences and studies on powershoring and sustainable territorial development;
  • Discuss financing mechanisms and multi-stakeholder governance models to drive green investments;
  • Build a collaborative agenda among governments, banks, and investors to accelerate low-carbon industrial projects;
  • Position Consórcio Nordeste as a regional reference in green industrial policy within the context of COP30 and the Brazil-Northeast Ecological Transformation Strategy.
  • Showcase the Fórum Interinstitucional de Powershoring as a key platform for dialogue, coordination, and governance of sustainable industrialization initiatives;
