Corporate demand is one of the fastest levers to scale renewables, but its impact depends on the rules that govern how companies buy and generate clean power. Moderated by RE100, this panel compares how countries (like Mexico, Indonesia or South Africa) are enabling corporate renewable electricity procurement — through self-consumption, wheeling and other mechanisms, and what each market can learn from the others.

Objective: identify replicable enabling conditions that turn corporate renewable ambition into installed capacity in emerging markets, and surface concrete recommendations for regulators, financiers and corporate buyers.

Moderator: RE100 representative, Climate Group — Oliver Wilson, head of RE100 to be confirmed
