Regional Climate Foundations Pavilion unveils approved events for COP30 in Belém

The Regional Climate Foundations (RCF) Pavilion has announced the lineup of approved events for its participation in COP30, set to take place in Belém, Brazil. This year’s call for proposals drew nearly 150 submissions from across the globe, reflecting the growing momentum around climate action and collaboration.

The selected events align closely with COP30’s overarching agenda, bridging national and international themes. Proposals were approved from a diverse array of countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Indonesia, China, Belgium, Germany, South Africa, India, Chile, the United States, and many others.

Spearheaded by climate-focused foundations spanning four continents, the RCF Pavilion is designed to serve as a dynamic space for co-creating solutions rooted in local realities while advancing global climate goals. An extended submission deadline enabled broader participation, resulting in a diverse and inclusive program.

It’s essential to note that all attendees, including panellists and participants, must possess a valid UNFCCC badge to access the Blue Zone, where the Pavilion will be situated. All sessions will be held in person.
